Welcome to Tip Shipping Lmt. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our shipping, consolidation, and logistics services. By submitting a package to us or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing the services of Tip Shipping Lmt, you the "Customer agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Customer Obligations & Accuracy of Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding all shipments, including:
The exact description and value of the contents.
The correct sender and receiver names.
The precise delivery and warehouse address.
3. Prohibited and Restricted Items
We do not ship illegal, dangerous, hazardous, or restricted items. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure shipments do not contain:
Explosives, firearms, ammunition, or fireworks.
Perishable items (unless pre-approved under specific terms).
Illegal drugs or contraband.
Hazardous chemicals, flammable liquids, or radioactive materials.
Note: Any shipping of prohibited items may result in immediate forfeiture of the package, termination of your account, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
4. Fees, Payments, and Liens
Payment Terms: All shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and administrative charges must be paid in full before packages are released or delivered.
Right of Lien: Tip Shipping Lmt reserves a general lien on any and all shipments for all unpaid charges due. We reserve the right to hold or sell packages at public or private auction to recover unpaid balances after 30 days of non-payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delayed shipments due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, natural disasters, acts of God).
Our liability for lost or damaged cargo is strictly limited to the declared value of the goods (up to a maximum cap of $50 USD unless additional shipment insurance was purchased prior to shipping).
6. Important Warehouse & Address Policy
Please pay close attention to your shipping and labeling instructions when sending items to our warehouse.
⚠️ Address Accuracy Notice
Failure to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (which may result in our warehouse staff having to manually search for or identify your package) will attract an additional administrative fee of $15.00 USD.
